User Accounts

• Users should independently verify provider credentials before seeking care
• We are not responsible for the quality of care provided by healthcare professionals on our platform

User-Generated Content

Reviews and Ratings

You may submit reviews and ratings of healthcare providers. By submitting content, you:

• Grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content
• Represent that your content is truthful and based on your personal experience
• Agree not to post defamatory, false, or misleading content
• Understand that we may remove content that violates these Terms

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any user-generated content at our discretion, including content that:

• Violates these Terms or our community guidelines
• Contains personally identifiable medical information
• Is discriminatory, harassing, or offensive
• Appears fraudulent or manipulated

Subscription and Payment

Premium Features

• Automatic renewal unless you cancel

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inclusive Health Match, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
